FINDING MY PLACE
IN THE BODY OF CHRIST
Westgate Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Westgate Church.
Small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups. Westgate Church offers small bible studies that meet at different times and locations. The size of the group is anywhere from six to twelve. Make your connection today.
Impact Kids Ministry
Sunday morning Impact Kids participate in their own connect groups according age. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Then at 11:00 am the come together for praise and worship and an age appropriate Bible message. Children’s church is located in the Family Life Center Teachers are carefully screened and thoroughly trained in children’s instruction. Wednesday nights are Discovery classes where kids learn about discipleship, missions, and music.
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are many life-changing decisions to be made and the consequences become greater. Relationships become complicated. Struggles over career and many more decisions seem to come at the speed of light. The young adult group at Westgate Church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
Westgate Women’s Groups gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups, located in several locations throughout our community, are times of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.
Men’s Accountability Groups
Accountability among men is an act of integrity. Accountability is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages. Accountability groups of three are formed among the men of Westgate Church. Accountability groups meet together as their schedules allow and keep in touch by email or phone. Accountability M5 groups meet monthly.
